Shipping & Delivery
Orders requiring physical shipment to your location are shipped no later than 1 business day after receipt and credit authorization if in stock. Small package delivery items are shipped via various carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx. Large package items are shipped via various freight carries such as XPO, Old Dominion, YRC, R&L Carriers and more. For international or guaranteed rates please call 866-272-0052.
Delivery time varies depending on your location and the facility where your item is being shipped from; contact PostPadding after placing an order to obtain the estimated delivery time. In rare cases deliveries may be delayed due to weather, acts of war, unavailable vehicle or aircraft and PostPadding cannot be held responsible for these delays.
If a shipping company loses your order, we will open an incident report and start the tracing. If an order is not found within 2 business days of the report, PostPadding, will resend your order. Upon receiving a duplicate order, PostPadding requires you to pay for the second order or return the duplicate order back to us at our expense.
Any Sales ticket that is opened to inquire about an order will be replied with tracking information and confirmations.
If any items were damaged in transit, we require you to notify us within 5 business days. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we received the damaged item, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via the same payment method when placing the order and we will reimburse your reasonable return costs.
